You can begin reserving your rooms on May 15th, 2025.
We recommend booking your room as soon as reservations open, as availability may become limited as the event draws closer.

How to Book
Please follow the below instructions for booking:
1. Email stay@theelkinsestate.com to request a room for Jillian and Michael’s Wedding at Elkins Estate.
Copy and paste the below message for ease:
“Hello! I’m reaching out in regards to Jillian Fragetti and Michael Hesslein’s Wedding to reserve _ room(s) for Friday, August 15 2025 - Saturday, August 16 2025 for __ guests. I look forward to hearing from you!”
2. They will then send the list of available rooms to book.
3. You will then respond with what room you would like to book, based on pricing and comfortability.
4. Elkins Estate will send a link to book directly (please note, links are only good for 48 hours).
5. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Check-In
You can check in as early as 12 pm on Friday, August 15th.
We recommend you arrive between 1 pm to 3 pm in the afternoon, for ample time to settle in and dress for the occasion.
Note that the hotel and surrounding area have limited food and beverage offerings in advance of the evening’s wedding festivities, so please plan accordingly.
Valet is provided upon arrival.
Breakfast & Check-Out
Complimentary Breakfast is offered to all guests staying at The Hotel at Elkins Estate
between 7 am - 10 am, the morning of Saturday, August 16th.
Check-out is 11 am, the morning of Saturday, August 16th.
Transportation
As all of the evening’s events are taking place on property, as well as the primary accommodations, there will not be any additional transportation provided.
